The Inventory table lists all products, single-item and bundled, sorted in alphabetic order (default).
Buttons
New Item: Add a single item to the inventory.
New Bundle: Add a bundled item (kit) to the inventory by bundling up existing single items.
Stock In/Out: Change quantities of single items that are in the inventory.
Columns
The table consists of 18 columns and unlimited rows.
Images: A swatch image of the item in the inventory, showing the main image that was set when creating the product.
Flag: The icon is used to mark an item of priority (importance) as it sticks it to the top (group) of the table.
SKU (Stock Keeping Unit): The unique identification, usually alphanumeric, of a particular product that is used for internal inventory purposes.
Bin (Location): The specific location of a product, or SKU, in your warehouse or shelf.
Title: The name of the item when listed in an e-commerce store or online marketplace.
In Stock: The quantity of an item that is available in the warehouse.
Reserved: The quantity of items that is either ordered but not shipped or pending (not cleared).
Available: The quantity of items as a result of deducting Reserved items from the In Stock number.
Last Day: The number of items that was deducted from the inventory in the last 24 hours.
Last 3 Days: The number of items that was deducted from the inventory in the last 72 hours.
Last 7 Days: The number of items that was deducted from the inventory 7 days back from this moment.
Last 14 Days: The number of items that was deducted from the inventory 14 days back from this moment.
Minimum Level: The set quantity that will trigger a color change on the inventory table to help remember to reorder or restock.
Product Cost: The cost of product as per invoice when purchased from vendor or manufacturer.
Total Cost: The sum of Product Cost, Shipping Cost, and Other Cost.
Sales Price: The actual price any online customer will pay for the product.
Last Modified: The date and time the particular product has seen a change in any of its variables.
Modified by (User Name): The user (login) that has made the most recent change(s) in the product.
Changes can be any update or edit of information in the product screen.
The Load more button at the bottom of the table expands the table by 100 (default) 250, 500, 750, or 1000.
Column Settings
- Drag columns to the positions you like by holding down the cursor on the title of the particular column.
- Pin columns to the left or right of the table by clicking on the Positioning icon on the title of the particular column.
- With multiple pins, they will be set by order of pinning.
- All pinned columns can be repositioned within themselves.
- Mark a row (product) clicking the Flag icon to see it on the top of the table list. All flagged items appear in alphabetical order within themselves.
