Shiptory informs you of the most recent stock levels and helps you prepare for increases in sales or prevent you from being out of stock in the near future. As you know, when a product becomes out of stock, it affects the ranking on marketplaces and many customers may opt for items from a competitor.
All items in the inventory are synced with orders, stock ins, and stock outs.
When an order is linked with a product in the warehouse inventory, the label print for the order through Shiptory automatically deducts the count from its stock level in the system.
The Inventory table shows all products, their stock levels, and total order quantities going back 14 days. The total and incremental - Last Day, Last 3 Days, Last 7 Days, Last 14 Days - order quantities help you predict future sales and stock in a sufficient number of items in your warehouse.
The numbers in the Available column show the current status of stock levels of items by predicting the next 7 days of orders based on the last 7:
- Green: In stock
- Yellow: Stock level at risk
- Red: Out of stock (This number can be a negative (-) as products can be sold before inventory gets updated in inventory.)
Note: As sales can fluctuate immensely on a daily basis, these color tags should be used for reference purposes only.
