Quick Search

Shiptory has a very strong order search mechanism. Any query entered in the sidebar search field initiates a Quick Search as the first option.

To do a Quick Search;

Enter any alphanumeric value (0-9 a-z) in the search bar and click on the search icon to the left or press enter on the keyboard.

All data related to orders are scanned and items that contain the searched term/value get listed as results. These include orders from all integrated stores with all statuses - Unshipped, Shipped, Pending, Cancelled, and (Amazon) FBA - with the corresponding number of orders for each.

To reduce the search pool and be more specific in your search, uncheck boxes next to available stores (expand under All Stores) or status options and click Apply.

Click Reset to change the search term. This will keep the checkboxes intact and give you the ability to look for other orders within the same selection. 

To completely clear all selections and values, click on the x icon next to the Quick Search Results header.
