Shipments Table

This table lists all shipments that were shipped - labels were created and printed - with Shiptory.

Order Number: The number under which a shipping label has been created. When clicked it will open the order detail window which includes all the information related to it.

Batch Number: If the order was printed as part of a batch, it will receive a Batch Number. To access the bulk print log, copy this number and enter it in the sidebar search area to view it. This will give you detailed information on the User Name, Number of labels, Cost of (shipping) label.

Recipient: The person or organization the order was shipped to.

Address: The physical address (street, city, ZIP/postal code) of the recipient.

Ship Date: The date when the label for shipment was created.

Ship From: The warehouse the shipment originated from.

Tracking Number: The unique alphanumerical number that was assigned by the shipping carrier for tracking purposes.

Shipping Cost: The price you paid to create the label for the shipment.

Carrier: The carrier service that was used to create the label for the shipment.

Action: Print.

• In the Shipment tab: This will download the label created for the particular shipment in pdf format.
• In the Batch History tab: This will download the labels created for the whole batch of shipments in pdf format.

Note that creating a label automatically marks the order as shipped - whether the label is actually printed or not.
