Shiptory allows account owners to add up to ten users and edit these based on need. This helps the account holder to have control over team members and track the work done by them.

• You can edit your account information, such as email address, account name, and password.
• Upgrade/downgrade subscription plans, change billing address, view past bills.
• You can invite any person with an email address to become a user in the account. (Note that such user may not be an owner of another Shiptory account.)
• You can view all active/inactive users and make changes to their statuses.
