Add a New User

To add a new user, click Add User and enter the information of the person that you want to assign credentials to.
Choose User Role for the new user and click Invite.

Shiptory supports up to ten (10) active users per account. If you want to add or invite new users when you have reached the limit, you must deactivate active users accordingly.

The invited user will receive an email with a link to activate the account. The link opens the Shiptory sign-up page. The person will have to fill out the form and confirm to be added as an authorized user with the designated role. Once confirmed, the user will appear in the User List.

• A user is the person that can access and use the currently active account. There can be a limited or unlimited number of users for the same account, depending on the subscription level.
• A user can either be an Operator or Administrator, not both.
• A user is defined by the email address that is used to login to an account. Therefore, a user cannot access another account with the same credentials (email address).
