How Does It Work?

Tracking your shipments is an important part of the shipping process.

Once you've created labels for your shipments and printed them, you can continue to use Shiptory to track the shipments to their destination.

Each carrier offers a way to track shipments through their website.

In general, these are the ways you can see and click on the tracking number to follow the status of a shipment:

• Orders Table > Shipped Orders > Order Details Page > Tracking Number
• Shipping > Shipments > Tracking Number
• Shipping > Returns > Tracking Number

Click on Tracking Number to be directed to the carrier's website in a new browser tab. Here you can see all Tracking history and status updates of the particular shipment.
